Useful Information

• Please note that in the event of adverse weather conditions, the delivery times quoted above may be extended.


• Please note large items of furniture will be delivered using our own delivery vehicles, our drivers are happy to unwrap items, dispose of any packaging providing suitable off street parking is available, and place the items where you would like them. We will contact you personally by telephone or email to arrange delivery of these items.


• If ordering very large or heavy items, please ensure that there is someone available to assist our driver, 2 man deliveries can be available on request.


• If the delivery is unsuccessful (for instance, you are not at the place of delivery at the agreed time, or because of the size of the goods they cannot be delivered into your home) a £50 charge may be levied.


• Mail orders items are dispatched by courier and will require a signature on delivery. If you are unable to be home to accept delivery, please arrange for the item to be delivered to an alternative address, or to be left with a neighbour. Alternatively if unable to deliver the courier will leave a card so that you can arrange a re-delivery or collection from your local depot.
